Black Men ❤️✨
Black men don’t tip toe around me
Find solace in being you
Calling out the world
Just how everyone calls you out too
Be strong in your words
Fill your heart with joy
Know that you are seen in times that feel
Unreceptive, unrelenting and unsure
Know that you can be heard
It’s okay to disrupt
To stand on your word
We hear you
With the strength of building bravery
Speak your truth King
You are not thunder to be silenced
Nor lightning to be feared
You are the steady drum of existence
A rhythm the world has always heard
You are softness unashamed
Hands that build and heal
Not every crown is worn in battle
Some are felt in what you feel
Lay down the weight they handed you
That never fit your frame
You are more than survival stories
More than struggle, more than pain
Be laughter loud and uncontained
Be rest without defense
Be love that flows without permission
Be presence, deep and immense
And when the world forgets your light
Or tries to dim your flame
Remember—within your very being
Lives a legacy untamed
So rise in all your fullness
Unbound, unapologized
Black man, you are worthy
Not someday
But now!
